Clarity Foundry

PRIVACY

Clear data practices.
No hidden claims.

Clarity Foundry collects only the information needed to understand site performance, respond to inquiries, and manage newsletter interest.

Effective July 25, 2026

What is collected

Website analytics may record a randomly generated browser identifier, pages viewed, first-touch source, campaign tags, and the referring website’s hostname. This information does not identify a person by name unless that person later submits a form.

Discovery inquiries collect the information entered into the form, including name, work email, organization, role if provided, area of need, timing, and message. Newsletter signups collect an email address and an optional name.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to requests, assess engagement fit, manage newsletter interest, understand which pages and outreach channels are useful, and improve the Clarity Foundry website and services.

Clarity Foundry does not sell submitted contact information or use anonymous analytics to claim knowledge of a visitor’s identity.

Scheduling and external services

After submitting a discovery inquiry, visitors may continue to Google Calendar to select a meeting time. External services operate under their own privacy terms. A calendar click indicates scheduling intent; it does not confirm that a meeting was booked.

Choices and requests

You may ask to review, correct, or remove information you submitted, or request removal from the newsletter list, by emailing roryjbernier@gmail.com.

Data protection

Lead, newsletter, and analytics records are stored in the site’s managed database. Access to the founder dashboard is restricted to the approved owner account. No internet service is risk-free, so Clarity Foundry reviews these practices as the site evolves.
